Last week I spent an entire Scrabble game (YES NAILS AND SCRABBLE IT’S ALL I DO) working on some nails only to have them totally fail. So I started over but then I was tired so I failed again. My BF said I should do them plain and all one color and he picked OPI Speak For Your-Elf, a really pretty glass-fleck red that looks a lot like CG Ruby Pumps. I fell in love with the color but couldn’t leave them alone so the next night I did some experimenting with mix-n-match over the red. I like the way they turned out. BF said they looked like “hippie nails, you know, not cuz of the color but cuz they are like… all different and stuff.” I think that means he approved?
