Hi! Matte topcoat. I have two - Essie Matte About You and Butter London’s matte topcoat and I like them both equally. I know China Glaze and Hard Candy also make matte topcoats and they are probably cheaper. You can find the Hard Candy one at Walmart and the others either online or at Sally Beauty or Ulta!
