Re: that anon - the pain could be anything from an allergic reaction to an infection of the nail bed, or you just have sensitive nails. Give them a break from polish for a while. Talk to a doctor if you're concerned. Make sure you moisturise your nails regularly and if it continues, use nail polish with milder (3-5 free) or natural ingredients.

Another reply from another anon: For the other anon with hurting nails. I had this for the first time yesterday and i repainted one hand then got too lazy to do the other. I noticed one thumb stopped hurting and the unpainted one kept hurting. So i painted it and it stopped hurting.

PLEASE HELP! I always wear nail polish and today I had to take it off for an audition and ow my nails hurt so bad!! It's hurt like this before and I found out that if I clip them, it goes away but my nails aren't even long right now!
